Grand Kolopaking Club Program (GKC) Terms and Conditions<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. The GKC program is a customer loyalty program organized by PT Catur Manunggal Lestari to its customers (“Program”).<\/li>
  2. Membership of the Program (\u201cMembership\u201d) is free. Membership registration can be done by filling out the GKC application at the Receptionist Hotel.<\/li>
  3. After registering, customers counting in the Program (“Member”) will receive a Loyalty Card and terms and conditions.<\/li>
  4. These Terms & Conditions are considered as an agreement between the Member and GKC in accordance with the Program. By participating in the Program, Members agree with these Terms & Conditions.<\/li>
  5. GKC reserves the right to change the Terms & Conditions at any time for any reason without prior written notification. Members are responsible for keeping track of the updated Terms & Conditions.<\/li>
  6. GKC reserves the right to terminate the Program at any time for any reason. The card belongs to GKC and will automatically deactivate the program or end the membership.<\/li>
  7. Membership is for individuals only, and not for companies, charities, partnerships or other entities.<\/li>
  8. The program is open to Indonesian residents who are 17 years old and above.<\/li>
  9. GKC has the right to suspend or terminate the membership in the Program, if: – Members violate the terms and conditions of GKC; – Members have not used the Card within 24 months; – Members provide incomplete, inaccurate, false or fictitious personal information; – and Members commit fraudulent acts or unauthorized use of GKC;<\/li>
  10. Members must immediately notify GKC of any changes in personal information such as name, address, telephone number, email address by calling customer service at 0287 381111.<\/li>
  11. The member may terminate his membership at any time by calling customer service at 0287 381111<\/li>
  12. By participating in the Program, members agree to provide GKC to communicate by mail, email, telephone, SMS and notification via the Application or the Website.<\/li>
  13. The lost of Physical Card must be reported to GKC immediately. In case of the lost or damaged Physical Card, GKC may, based on the request, issue a New Card after the loss or damage is reported.<\/li>
  14. Unauthorized reproduction of the Card may result in legal error and loss of Membership as well as the elimination of all points that have been collected.<\/li>
  15. Members are fully responsible for the information and security of the GKC card.<\/li>
